Luxury Condos in Philadelphia

New model units at 1352 Lofts are open for viewing. Also Bobby Chez Gourmet Crab Cakes has opened for business on the first floor. The building is located on Broad and South, near the university of the arts. Condos are still available.

The 1352 Lofts officially opened the first retail space today. Bobby Chez Gourmet Crab Cakes opened its doors for business at 10 AM. They will be serving deluxe crab cakes and other gourmet offerings for take out and casual dine in.

The addition of retail space and foot traffic is expected to increase interest in the 1352 Lofts. Samir "Sammy" Benakmoume, President of Rimas Properties and developer of the 1352 Lofts, referred to the high luxury finishes and quality construction as the chief reasons for the success of the building.
